Katrina Kaif born on July 16th, 1984 in Hong Kong was brought up in Hawaii and London. Born to a Kashmiri father and an English mother, Katrina Kaif is half-British and half-Indian. She grew up into a sensuous teen with sharp features and soon got noticed by the bigwigs in the showbiz world and subsequently landed number of modeling assignments at the tender age of fourteen.

She did ad campaigns for Lakme, Veet, Kodak, Cola, LG, Pantene, Fevicol, L’Oreal and several others products. Her beautiful face was chosen as the 'Face of the Year' at Lakme India Fashion Week 2005.

Katrina's filmy career began with Kaizad Gustad's "Boom" {2003}, in which she played the principal character, a model caught in the web of underworld complexities. Though the film failed at the box office, she got widespread attention for her innocent looks and contrasting provocative body.
